Join us for an entirely new experience this New Year’s Day at The Church, as we affectionately call it. Our building owner, Gordon Reed, has generously sponsored a live music event to launch a series of exciting collaborative happenings within these walls. The year 2025 promises to be transformative for The Land of Green Ginger and the independent local businesses thriving in this historic 18th Century Church. Join us on New Year’s Day and soak in the atmosphere for yourself. Indulge in a cheeseboard from The Vineyard 72, sample local brews at Alfie & Fins, and then venture upstairs to relish the exclusive Space Studio Bar. Throughout the day, we’ll be raising funds for the local charity close to our hearts, Cash for Kids, with collection buckets available in each of the businesses and with our musicians. Dance and sing along with the Richard Kane band, and enjoy performances from local buskers as we unveil the center stage for the very first time.

This year promises to be a vibrant one, filled with a brand-new lineup of live events. Our schedule will feature not only live musicians but also comedians, DJs, evenings of burlesque, speakeasies, and our upcoming acoustic Sunday sessions—because on Sundays, we gather ar The Church.
